CNC CUTTING

Our Router CNC machine can cut a full 2440mm x 1220mm (8'x4') sheet and cuts to a precision of 0.05mm. We can cut your own material or source and supply material for you.

Examples of materials we can cut include:-

• Sheet timbers (plywood, chipboard etc.)
• MDF
• Acrylic
• Polycarbonate
• Engineering plastics (Acetal sheet etc.)

Price Guide

£40 per individual board and £1 per minute of machining time. (material not included)

As a guide, a full 15mm thick 8' x 4' sheet of plywood with a moderate level of complexity would take approximately 1 hour to machine. 

LASER CUTTING AND ENGRAVING

LASER CUTTING AND ENGRAVING

Our CO Laser can cut a 900mm x 600mm (3'x2') sheet and cuts to a precision of 0.05mm. We can cut or engrave your own material or source and supply material for you.

Examples of materials we can cut or engrave include (maximum cutting material thickness in brackets):-

​

• plywood (<6mm)
• MDF (<6mm)
• Acrylic (<6mm)

Price Guide

£25 per individual board and £1 per minute of cutting machining time and 50p per minute for engraving. (material not included)

As a guide, a full 3mm thick 800mm x 600mm sheet with a moderate level of complexity would take approximately 25 minutes to cut.

3D Printing

Our FDM 3D printer has a build volume of 256mm x 256mm x 256mm with options for multi coloured prints.
